Brazil Getaway

ey everyone, i owe my blog so many posts already! just been extremely busy the past few weeks. We just had a super quick vacation to ... dan dan dan daaaann.. BRAZIL!

I was with fabulous friends Mark Aliasut, Anet Bacol, Chai Amorganda, Jm Derramas, super random but super fun, and weve been wanting to visit here for the loooongest time.

it was so random because mark and i are friends, but we really only see each other during days off which very seldom. Anet on a different shift, again we seldom see each other, mark chai and jm are not even close friends. it was so random and really, sometimes those are the best plans.. no plans!!!! Anet researched and booked for the hotel and we all just were game face for this unplanned-dunno-where-to-go trip! So there, booom! We flew 16hrs flight all the way to Sao Paolo brazil and 6hrs flight to Rio de Janeiro. Whew!

Brazil is the largest country in south america. We never knew this country is a portoguese-speaking country, (none of us researhed,hihi!) so there, our skills in charades we learn on our faculty get together is being used. Ka lisod aning sign laguage. As we all know, this is the home of our ever favorite flipflops , Havaianas. Thats actually one of the main purpose of coming all the way just to shop!

every trip has its unique moments and highlights! no one trip is alike! for this particular, very random, last minute brazil getaway, allow me to share with you my personal top five

1. Christ the Redeemer statue on Corcovado hill- One of the Seven wonders of the World. So Amazing!!

Apparently, its quite hard to get a picture as you have to lean over the edge of the barriered are to get the right angle! I ended up laying on the floor trying to get a good shot for all of us to get a solo shot. haha! worth it though., There you go. hihi!!
